Michael is a talented executive with unique experience in managing enterprise risk in large organizations. He has operated at the highest levels of Canadian national security and is an expert in global affairs, diplomacy, and threat management. Prior to joining the JDS Group of Companies in 2018, Mike was the Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force. He enjoyed a 33-year career in the RCAF and was a leader at every level in the institution.

Ms. Miller is a professional engineer, executive, and corporate director with 20+ years of experience in engineering design and project management in the mining and transportation industries. Ms. Miller is currently the Vice President of Cybersecurity & Operational Technology at JDS Operational Technologies, part of the JDS Group of Companies. She also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Wesdome Gold Mines and OMAI Gold Mines, Canadian gold mining companies, and a Strategic Advisor at Awz Ventures Inc., a venture capital fund focused on cybersecurity.
